Aaron Tait-Jones
Director Health & Safety Assurance (Ngāti Ruapani, Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāi Tūhoe, Te Arawa)
Aaron has thirty years experience working in high risk industries including oil, gas, electricity, defence, aviation, health, construction and engineering. He has worked in a number of high profile health, safety roles for organisations including NZ Police, Ministry of Health, Transpower, Siemens, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Ethnic Communities, ACC, NGC, Tenix and the Wellington City Council.
His passion is helping others and working for entities that value people and are keen to implement improvements. Along with his extensive experience he brings expertise to develop health and safety management systems, frameworks, and dashboards. Aaron can help you develop a culture of high performance based on positive attitudes and behaviours that support pathways to excellence. He can help you build confidence through your people and processes.
Blair Waipara
Director Strategy & Performance (Rongowhakaata, Ngāti Ruapani, Ngāti Kahungunu)
My passion is for working on exciting & positively disruptive challenges with awesome people! I’ll work with you and your team to identify challenges and opportunities to make the shift to a high performing business culture. I’ll bring expertise and experience to develop asset strategies and business models, business scorecards and KPI dashboards, processes for governance and management reporting & investment cases for capital. I can help you to develop a high performance team and culture. One where vision should drive a culture that supports pathways to excellence. I’ll help you to grow organisational accountability and build a strong foundation from which to leap to success.
Involvement with Iwi governance, Māori land governance and management, primary industry asset investment and development, technology and tool design and development, & deep engagement with Māori Landowners on numerous projects means I’m able to bring some of the valuable lessons I’ve learned to assist with your opportunities.

I have strong experience in brand, systems analysis and design, software, online delivery, digital, film, creative direction, and project management.
