Contract Performance

We supported an organisation to identify their current contract delivery obligations and status. This work involved collating and loading over 30 commercial contracts into a contract performance tool and breaking these down into specific contract deliverables so they can be measured and reported on. These contracts were in various states of delivery with reports, and in some cases original documents, unavailable, by compiling this information into one place we have given management a clearer view of their obligations. The software also enables ongoing collection of contract data and live reporting on performance.
